URBAN FIREARM DEFENSE ACADEMY LLC is your source for CPL training and consultation in the Metro Detroit area. Here you will receive training from a USCCA and NRA certified instructor who will assist you in becoming able to successfully defend yourself with a firearm should the need arise and to be the best shooter you can be! You will receive a certificate of completion that will allow you to apply to obtain your Michigan CPL. Other classes offered are our Basic Rifle course, Basic Shotgun course, the Beginners Firearm course and we also offer gun cleaning as a service.Good students make good shooters! All class participants are encouraged to bring an open mind, and be ready to learn. The Basic Fundamentals!! Without a basic understanding of firearms, and the fundamentals of shooting, do you really know how to shoot? That is what we teach in this CPL class, lead by USCCA and NRA Certified head instructor Ryan Brown, you will learn the basic knowledge of proper grip, proper stance, loading and reloading, proper gun storage and safety, and more. When you leave class you will be a better shooter than when you were before, and you will have the knowledge of how to defend yourself with a firearm.

This class is for the beginner/new shooter who wants to know learn about firearm use and safety. This is also the kids basic firearm course.

HANDGUN CLEANING
Cleaning your firearm is an essential part of its maintenance. If you love to shoot but just don't have the time or prefer someone else clean your firearm, we can take care of it for you. Turn around time is normally 1 day.
